Customers located outside of our delivery areas are encouraged to Pick-up equipment. We are a mobile company And work from our company trucks we currently do NOT have a store front location, Therefore we generally meet our customers at a well known area such as PARTY CITY PARKING LOT @ (DOGWOOD FESTIVAL MALL) located in Flowood at 10AM SHARP.

Our Company:
STEP1: We Dispatch a company truck to load your truck.
STEP2: We include everything needed to insure your party is a success.
STEP3: We instruct You on how to set-up and operate.

Customer:
STEP 1: Must have a Pick-up truck OR Utility Trailer and be ready @ 10AM.
STEP 2: Payment is due upon pickup, Cash Only, Must be Exact. Photo I.D. is required.
STEP 3: Customers Please call 30 Min. Prior to Equipment Drop Off.

You may pick-up your desired party equipment for any (72) hour period or for up to (3) Days. Everyday thereafter is subject to a daily $50.00 late Fee.
Generally customers will pick-up Friday 10AM and return Sunday 10AM to ensure a full day's rental in-between. We find it to be unpractical to pickup and return rental equipment within the same day so therefore we allow customer pickups for upto (3) days, As a result of our pricing structure.
