DAMAGES AND REPAIRS:
Bounce-A-Roo Products are intended for children and not for adults. Failure to abide by the rules and age requirements posted on safety labels located on each unit makes You financially Responsible for unit repairs and shipping costs to and from the repair facility located in Florida. We can provide adult strength units for a nominal fee ask a representative for details. Riders over 150 Lbs. are NOT permitted on most Inflatables.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
The only way that Customers would be able to cancel your reservation without penalty is in the event of bad weather on the day of the event otherwise the 50% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Inflatables are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

10% RE-STOCKING FEE:
If a customer orders equipment and the equipment does not fit the location or site where You requested the equipment to be setup then the 10% Re-Stocking Fee would apply. Our equipment weights hundreds of pounds. We pay dock workers to load and un-load equipment. Please be certain that You have read the dimensions of our inflatables located on our website or inside of our catalog and measure your area prior to delivery. Once we set-up the equipment if You request a position or location change a $25.00 re-placement fee will apply per unit.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF THE RESERVATION?
YES, Once You have made a reservation the date could be changed if the equipment is available for the newly requested date However a $5.00 paperwork fee would be applied. Rates could increase if the newly requested date falls on a Holiday. If a date change is made due to weather conditions no fee would be applied. Customers are required to give at least One week notice of date changes.

WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER GUARANTEE?
If bad weather is probable We will call You prior to your event and give You
(2) Options:
1. Postpone Or Re-Schedule the Event
2. Use Local church or Gym (Indoors)

Some people have their events rain or shine.However, Once we set-up the equipment we do not offer refunds or rain checks.

HOW MUCH ROOM IS NEEDED FOR THE INFLATABLE UNITS?
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A LEVEL AREA ABOUT 20 BY 20FEET SQUARE WITH AN OVERHEAD OF 15 FEET FOR THE MAJORITY OF OUR UNITS.

WHAT SURFACES CAN THE INFLATABLE UNITS BE SETUP ON?
THE SAFEST SURFACE IS A LEVEL GRASSY AREA. HOWEVER, WE CAN SETUP ON CONCRETE, ASPHALT, PARKING LOTS, ECT. PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH SURFACE THE BOUNCER WILL BE SETUP ON SO WE CAN PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE ANCHORS AND TARPS.

HOW MANY CHILDREN FIT IN THE BOUNCE CASTLE?

TEENS 13 = 6

GENERAL RULE OF THUMB WOULD BE WHEN THE KIDS START BUMPING INTO EACH OTHER PULL SOME OF THEM OUT.

WHERE CAN I SETUP A INFLATABLE UNIT?
BACKYARDS, PARKS, GYMNASIUMS, AND JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE ELSE FAIRLY LEVEL AND CLEAN WILL WORK GREAT FOR A INFLATABLE.

ARE INFLATABLE UNITS SAFE?
ABSOLUTELY! IF ALL THE RULES OUTLINED ON THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS PAGE OF YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE FOLLOWED, AND THE UNIT IS SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES, THEY ARE VERY SAFE.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP THE UNITS?
IT TAKES ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO SETUP THE UNIT AND REVIEW THE SAFETY GUIDELINES WITH YOU. THE RENTER / RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
DELIVERY IS FREE WITHIN A CERTAIN RADIUS OF BRANDON, MISSISSIPPI 39047. SOME AREAS OF BYRAM, MADISON AND CANTON COULD BE SUBJECT A FULL DAYS RENTALS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR  FREE DELIVERY OR DEPENDING ON MILEAGE HAVE A DELIVERY CHARGE.

WHAT IF IT IS RAINY OR WINDY?
BOUNCE-A-ROO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION (AT NO PENALTY TO YOU) IF THERE ARE HEAVY RAINS OR HIGH WINDS (OVER 25 MPH). SAFE OPERATION OF OUR UNITS AND CUSTOMER SAFETY IS OUR MAIN CONCERN. HOWEVER, ONCE THE UNIT IS DELIVERED, NO REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS SHALL BE ISSUED DUE TO BAD WEATHER.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATIONS?
THE SOONER THE BETTER! WE RESERVE OUR UNITS WEEKS AND SOMETIMES MONTHS IN ADVANCE. WE DON'T WANT YOU TO MISS OUT ON THE FUN! UNITS ARE RESERVED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. AS SOON AS YOU HAVE REACHED A DECISION IT WOULD BE BEST TO RESERVE ONLINE OR CALL US.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
PAYMENT IS DUE IN CASH UPON DELIVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. HOWEVER, IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD OVER THE PHONE A (3%) Charge IS APPLIED TO ALL ORDERS. CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS AND CASHIERS CHECKS NEED TO BE MAILED TO OUR COMPANY P.O. BOX PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE WITHIN TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO INSURE THE EQUIPMENT REMAINS RESERVED FOR YOU. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A 50% Non-Refundable DEPOSIT WHICH IS APPLIED TOWARDS THE TOTAL COST. HOWEVER, WE WILL REFUND ALL DEPOSITS IN THE EVENT OF FAMILY EMERGENCY OR BAD WEATHER ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT ONLY, NOT BEFORE OR AFTER SHALL WE MAKE REFUNDS OF THIS TYPE.

DO WE CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes! We are one of the few rental companies with general liability insurance in Mississippi. We carry a general liability policy of $2 million dollars which includes medical. We can fax or email our certificate of insurance upon request by emailing us (rentals@bouncems.com) with a (48) hour notice in advance. If you are a company or non-profit organization that needs extra protection from claims for your upcoming events we can list you as additional insured on our General Liability policy for $150.00 + Tax. This fee goes directly to the insurance company we make no profit from this fee. (Updated 6-10-10)
